Shipping policy

These bowls ship directly from Nepal and are typically processed within 1-2 business days from your order. We use expedited shipping which takes approximately 10 business days, however please know that if you ordered a bowl with a custom carving or intricate design it will take an extra 8-10 days. Typically you'll receive a bowl within 14 days of ordering if its not a special carving or design. These are one of a kind and done by artisans, often by hand which is why things can take time.
