While at this point in our journey as a business we cannot offer returns, we are committed to ensuring your happiness with your purchase. As a small business that ships directly from Nepal, providing returns can be challenging, especially considering our free shipping policy therefore returns are on a case by case basis. 

Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and value, and we are here to address any concerns or questions you may have. We believe in open communication and want to ensure your happiness with your Sukha Sound bowl. This is why if you are unhappy with it for any reason, our founder Jordana or someone from our team in Nepal will work with you directly to get a new bowl or if it comes down to it, to return your bowl - in this case you would need to pay shipping fees.
